Robin C Raines

Robin, a Namibian entrepreneur, established Labour Dynamics CC Labour Relations Practitioners in February 2001, specialising in human and industrial relations, conflict resolution, and labour-related issues with a further focus on training and development.

With over thirty-eight years of experience spanning sales industrial relations, human resources, marketing, business management, and training, Robin began his journey in junior management at a blue-chip Namibian company before venturing into private business.

Actively involved in labour associations and councils, he conducts training sessions, seminars, and negotiates with unions on behalf of employers. As a published author, Robin provides accessible guides on Namibian labour law, emphasising topics such as "Easy Labour Law for Domestic Workers" and "Easy Labour Law for Farm Workers" in English and Afrikaans. Nowadays, Robin fullfils many of the training requests from clients, generously sharing the knowledge acquired over years of practical experience.
