Illona Luther

Illona is a Labour Relations Practitioner holding a BA LAW (majoring in Criminology) from the University of Pretoria and an LLB from UNISA. With a unique background spanning retail service, articles under a small firm, to serving as legal secretary to one of the few legal practitioners in Otjiwarongo, Illona pivoted to the field of labour law and discovered her passion therein.

 

She believes that clear communication and strategic thinking are of the utmost importance when dealing with labour disputes, employees and employers alike, and prides herself on a human approach to such labour disputes.
